Refurbishment

One way to safeguard our cultural legacy is to invest ever more strongly in protecting our catalogued historic heritage. In some cases heritage preservation benefits from the need by government and private initiative to refurbish and restore landmark buildings to house their own offices.

FCC Construcción has a long tradition of refurbishing, improving and restoring buildings and has got personnel specialised in this type of work, who can apply the most suitable treatment in each case and who are aware of the responsibility the company takes on when it becomes involved in this type of action, whether the issue is to address a structural disease, restore a façade in a way that respects the original architectural pattern or adapt an old building for a new use.
