146 homes, 268 parking spaces and the "Pueblo Mediterráneo" shopping centre in the Las Colinas estate, Orihuela, Alicante.

FCC Construcción has been contracted by Colinas Golf Residencial SL to build part of the "Pueblo Mediterráneo" residential complex in the Las Colinas estate, Orihuela, Alicante, with 146 homes, 76 on the AUR-50 site, 38 three-storey homes and more than 36 terraced homes in 13 groups on a site of 13,332.57 m2, a small shopping centre with two floors on a site of 2,596.36 m2 and a central plaza with two basements for 268 parking spaces. The project is scheduled to take 20 months.
