CSR Master Plan

The 2012-2014 Corporate Responsibility Master Plan of the FCC Group establishes a series of objectives for all areas of the Company regarding the main aspects of its conduct which respond to the different concerns expressed by the Company’s interest groups.
In order to fulfil the company’s commitment to sustainability, this Plan promotes responsible actions based on three strategies: connection to citizens, intelligent services; transparency and good corporate governance.
