La Sagrera Station Access, totalling 223 million euros
Completion time will be 54 months
The public corporation ADIF has awarded a joint venture featuring FCC Construcción the contract to build the accesses to La Sagrera Station, totalling 223 million euros, with a 54-month completion time.
The work consists in building the access to the future La Sagrera Station and the two Villafranca-Maçanet and Vilanova-Mataró commuter train lines, which will lie below the station, as well as the bed for the high-speed Madrid-Barcelona-French Border train line, located above the commuter lines.
A logistics area will also be built, attached to the northern part of the station structure, with an approximate area of 57,000 m², plus access roads and the station’s 2,800-m² bus parking area next to the logistics area.
