- 1st phase of the Payuelos lower canal, in León, for Aguas del Duero, for €33.3 million. The canal is 23.3 km long and is designed for a flow of 36 m3/s. The project also involves building the weir inlet, the outlet, the drain and the inlet overflow.
- Social and health care complex for the aged in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, for €11.9 million.
- Expansion and improvement of the power supply to line 4 of the Barcelona underground, by the Gavisa subsidiary, for €22.1 million. The work involves the remodelling of the Maragall and Verneda sub power stations and the building of a new one.
- 161 homes on plot T-2 of the "Isla de Chamartín" in Madrid.
- 130 homes in Santa Coloma de Gramanet (Barcelona), for the municipal company Gramepark. The homes will be split into two blocks of five and 11 storeys. The project includes 237 parking spaces and 10 shops.
