- Bed for the High-Speed Atlantic Corridor, Section: A Vacariza/Rialiño (La Coruña), for the Ministry of Development’s Directorate-General of Railways, for 91.4 million euro. The bed is eight kilometres long. The job’s main features include the construction of one 866-metre-long tunnel, one 372-metre-long tunnel and five viaducts ranging between 345 and 915 metres in length.
- Ávila Camacho/Thihuatlán Motorway, Puebla and Veracruz, Mexico, in a joint venture with an important local firm, for the Mexican government. This is a 47.3-kilometre-long section of road worth 91 million euro.
-Three hundred thirty-six homes in the Ensanche Sur section of Alcorcón,Madrid, in three contracts, for Empresa de Gestión Inmobiliaria de Alcorcón (ENGIASA).
- Development of the La Llorera Business Area, Zone A, in Gijón, Asturias, for SOGEPSA, for 12.5 million euro. This includes the development of 98 hectares of land for industrial use.
